2) During the operation of RO, it is necessary to maintain a proper working pressure. Generally, the increase of working pressure will increase the water yield, but too much will cause membrane compaction.
3) During RO operation, maintain the flocculating state of concentrated water, reduce the concentration polarization of solution on the membrane surface, and avoid the precipitation of insoluble salts on the membrane surface;
4) When the RO is shut down, it shall be flushed with chemicals in the short term and protected with CH2O protection solution in the long term.
5) How to prevent scaling of RO membrane of purified water production line equipment when RO water is produced?
When the salt content is obviously reduced or increased, the surface is scaling or polluted, and chemical cleaning shall be carried out.
